Chocolate Coconut Custard Pies

Looking for a delicious chocolate filled dessert? Our Chocolate Custard filled pies will certainly hit the spot! Quick, simple and divine, you can have these whipped up in no time.

INGREDIENTS - serves 4
4 x puff pastry sheets (we like to use Simply Wize gluten-free puff pastry)
500g CoCoMe Chocolate Custard
Berries and nuts to serve

METHOD
1. Pre-heat pie maker while the pastry is defrosting. Once the pastry has defrosted, using the pie maker round cutter, cut 4 x pastry bases and 4 x pasty tops. Insert the pastry bases into the pie maker.
2. Divide the chocolate custard between each pie. Top each pie with a pastry round and close the lid of the pie maker.
3. Once the pastry is golden brown, remove the pies from the pie maker and serve.
