Nourishing Summer Salad Dressing

A colourful, nutritious salad topped with a delicious creamy dressing full of vitamins and minerals to support our health and wellbeing is so satisfying.

But not all salad dressings are healthy. With a few simple ingredients, this salad dressing will help your salad pop and bring a whole new level of flavours to the table.

 

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup to 1 cup CoCoMe Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1 tablespoon fresh beetroot juice
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
1 clove of garlic, minced
Maple syrup to taste

METHOD
1. In a high speed blender, add all of the ingredients, blend until smooth and creamy and dollop on your next salad.
